Hi! I'm Porky! I got my name after I got too curious with a porcupine. I am a super sweet pup (still only 7-8 months old) that loves to play. I love kids and other dogs (I was really sad when my foster brother got adopted). I describe myself as independent, loyal, curious and playful. My foster family is helping me work on my fear of the leash and trusting people. I am learning to love walks and once I warm up to people we are best friends. I do great with kenneling, am potty trained and rarely bark. I would love a home with other dogs and a fenced in yard but not a requirement. I hope I can find my forever home soon! Prior to adoption Porky will be neutered, vaccinated, health checked, heatworm/lymes tested and microchipped

Good with Dogs, Good with Kids
The breeds of our dogs and cats are a "best guess." We often do not know what mix they are and have to base it on what we think they look like, and base it on breeds often found in the area they came from. Most of our dogs who have gotten DNA tests done are 4-10 breeds mixed together. Because their breed mix is a guess we cannot guarantee a "full grown size" of many of our younger animals.
Happy Tails Rescue Minnesota is located at 7331 Baker St NE, Fridley MN 55432.We are open for adoption events from 12-5 every Sunday. If there is a certain animal you want to meet at one the events please fill out a preadoption application to directly contact their foster family or check our Facebook page to see if they will be there! Their event attendance is based on the availability of their foster family.
All of our cats and dogs are INDOOR pets and are NOT to be left outside unattended (even in a fenced yard), or running loose!
