Xander is a stunning hairless Chinese Crested boy! He has hair as white as snow, and black ears, and well as black markings on his body that will darken in the summer time. Xander's tail hair was very matted when he came to rescue and had to be shaved, but it will grow back beautiful and long as well. Xander's birthday is November 2011, which means he just celebrated his 2nd birthday.
Xander is doing a great job gaining confidence and socialization in his foster home. He was rescued from a breeding situation where she lived with other dogs. Luckily, he escaped this horrible life at a young age and now will get to spend the rest of his life in a loving home! He is doing well working on potty training and he is crate trained. Xander is great with other pets and would be fine in a home with older kids that can handle him gently.
Adoption fee: $350 Xander has been neutered, microchipped, fully vaccianted, heartworm/lymes tested, and has received a dental cleaning
More about Xander
Good with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids
The breeds of our dogs and cats are a "best guess." We often do not know what mix they are and have to base it on what we think they look like, and base it on breeds often found in the area they came from. Most of our dogs who have gotten DNA tests done are 4-10 breeds mixed together. Because their breed mix is a guess we cannot guarantee a "full grown size" of many of our younger animals.
Happy Tails Rescue Minnesota is located at 7331 Baker St NE, Fridley MN 55432.We are open for adoption events from 12-5 every Sunday. If there is a certain animal you want to meet at one the events please fill out a preadoption application to directly contact their foster family or check our Facebook page to see if they will be there! Their event attendance is based on the availability of their foster family.
All of our cats and dogs are INDOOR pets and are NOT to be left outside unattended (even in a fenced yard), or running loose!
