I'm Freda! I'm a petite and sweet Shih Tzu girl about 2 yr old and 6lb. I am a black beauty and have lovely soft hair! I am a super friendly and happy girl! I'm great with other pets, ride well in the car, walk nicely on a leash and enjoy following my people around! My tail ways so fast it becomes invisible! I am house trained and crate trained too. I came to rescue when my owner passed away, and I sure hope to find a forever home soon because I miss having a family to call my own. Maybe you could be my new best friend!

Good with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids
The breeds of our dogs and cats are a "best guess." We often do not know what mix they are and have to base it on what we think they look like, and base it on breeds often found in the area they came from. Most of our dogs who have gotten DNA tests done are 4-10 breeds mixed together. Because their breed mix is a guess we cannot guarantee a "full grown size" of many of our younger animals.
Happy Tails Rescue Minnesota is located at 7331 Baker St NE, Fridley MN 55432.We are open for adoption events from 12-5 every Sunday. If there is a certain animal you want to meet at one the events please fill out a preadoption application to directly contact their foster family or check our Facebook page to see if they will be there! Their event attendance is based on the availability of their foster family.
All of our cats and dogs are INDOOR pets and are NOT to be left outside unattended (even in a fenced yard), or running loose!
