My name is Blue. The first two years of my life were spent in an overcrowded house. Me and 40 other dogs lived there in unsanitary conditions. I was not properly socialized with humans so I am shy and afraid. I would love to find a patient forever family who understands that I need time to settle in. I need a family that will help me learn that humans are safe.
****Blue can be shy with new people and new situations so he requires training held with our partner company. He was not properly socialized with humans prior to coming to rescue. This way we can closely work with him and help him on the road to success with a forever family.****
Prior to adoption I will be altered, vaccinated, health checked, dewormed, and micro-chipped.

Happy Tails Adoption Center is open on Sundays from 12-5pm. We are located at 7940 University Ave NE, Fridley. Dogs are at events based on the availability of their foster family. Please fill out a pre-adoption application so we know you are interested in meeting/adopting one of our animals.

Good with Dogs
The breeds of our dogs and cats are a "best guess." We often do not know what mix they are and have to base it on what we think they look like, and base it on breeds often found in the area they came from. Most of our dogs who have gotten DNA tests done are 4-10 breeds mixed together. Because their breed mix is a guess we cannot guarantee a "full grown size" of many of our younger animals.
Happy Tails Rescue Minnesota is located at 7331 Baker St NE, Fridley MN 55432.We are open for adoption events from 12-5 every Sunday. If there is a certain animal you want to meet at one the events please fill out a preadoption application to directly contact their foster family or check our Facebook page to see if they will be there! Their event attendance is based on the availability of their foster family.
All of our cats and dogs are INDOOR pets and are NOT to be left outside unattended (even in a fenced yard), or running loose!
