This is Rose! She is a little peanut weighing about 20 lbs.
Rose was fostered in a home with three other dogs and three cats. She is the smalled dogs and has learned when to play with and when to avoid the others. She likes to chase cats but they are avoiding being caught.
Rose loves to play and run around the house and yard. She is very curious and focuses intently on things that she thinks would be fun with or taste good. She is kept in a crate when no people are home during the day but not at night. She walks well on a leash.
Rose is very outgoing and want to play with everyone. She likes to be around her people and looks to use for cues on how to behave in new situations. She joins the other dogs when they run out into the back yard. She would do best in a household with respectful children.
I have been working on not gaurding my people. I am doing great so my new family would be required to sign me up for training for our training classes taught by ydbf.org

Happy Tails Adoption Center is open on Sundays from 12-5. We are located at 7940 University Ave NE, Fridley. Dogs are at events based on the availability of their foster family.

Good with Kids
The breeds of our dogs and cats are a "best guess." We often do not know what mix they are and have to base it on what we think they look like, and base it on breeds often found in the area they came from. Most of our dogs who have gotten DNA tests done are 4-10 breeds mixed together. Because their breed mix is a guess we cannot guarantee a "full grown size" of many of our younger animals.

If there is a certain animal you want to meet at one the events please fill out a preadoption application to directly contact their foster family or check our Facebook page to see if they will be there! Their event attendance is based on the availability of their foster family.
All of our cats and dogs are INDOOR pets and are NOT to be left outside unattended (even in a fenced yard), or running loose!
