Hello, I am Milo and I am ready to find my new loving forever home.I weight about 4.5 lbs and am 5 months old. I am fine with kids, cats, and dogs- but I am very little so need to supervised with bigger dogs and children. I am good in a crate. I am very very playful. I like to play with people, dogs, toys, shoes, etc- anything I can get a hold of I will try to chew it up. 

I have just started my potty training- and am not having a whole lot of luck yet. I am not a big fan of the snow or the cold so my foster parents are thinking that I might do better as the weather warms up and the snow melts. 

I came into rescue with a lot of missing hair and weighing only 3 lbs. In just 2 weeks I have gained 1.5 lbs and have lots of hair back. 

I am ready to find my forever home. But have a lot of requirements. 
- I need a home with someone that is physically able to bend (a lot) I love to cuddle but am to tiny to get into your lap my self- also with my accidents lots of bending to clean that up
- someone with no young chilldren - due to my tiny size 
- a home without large dogs - I want to play and nip, jump on, chew on- all dogs and it is just too easy to squish me 
- a home that understands I am NOT potty trained at all right now
- Beacuse I gained 1.5 lbs in the last 2 weeks- we are not sure how big i will get when I am done growing - so can not promise that I will be any certain weight
- a family that understands that I try to chew on EVERYTHING and need to be supervised at all times 

I am a very happy guy and the life of the party- but need a home that can help keep me safe. I just want to have fun and I am not very aware of potential dangers (biting a big dog in the nose, chewing on a wire, running up a toddler to say hi) 

I like to bark! NO SHARED WALLS FOR ME!

Prior to adoption I will be altered, vaccinated, health checked, dewormed, and micro-chipped.

Happy Tails Adoption Center is open on Sundays from 12-5pm. We are located at 7940 University Ave NE, Fridley. Dogs are at events based on the availability of their foster family. Please fill out a pre-adoption application so we know you are interested in meeting/adopting one of our animals.

The breeds of our dogs and cats are a "best guess." We often do not know what mix they are and have to base it on what we think they look like, and base it on breeds often found in the area they came from. Most of our dogs who have gotten DNA tests done are 4-10 breeds mixed together. Because their breed mix is a guess we cannot guarantee a "full grown size" of many of our younger animals.

If there is a certain animal you want to meet at one the events please fill out a preadoption application to directly contact their foster family or check our Facebook page to see if they will be there! Their event attendance is based on the availability of their foster family.

All of our cats and dogs are INDOOR pets and are NOT to be left outside unattended (even in a fenced yard), or running loose!
