Cindy is learning some basic things such as sit, She is 5.5 months old and 25 lbs. She is a very nice/sweet girl. 

UPDATE:

Personality:  Cindy absolutely LOVES the dogs in her foster home. She’s even tempered and happy and curious about the world.  She’ll spend hours everyday sniffing and exploring, both indoors and out.  She’s a talkative husky who wants to look right at you and chatter away while wagging her tail.  
 Cindy is house trained within the confines of the kitchen/laundry.  She can spend a full 10 hours overnight in her crate. She knows her name and is quick to stop whatever she’s doing if told no.  (She likes chewing on the edge of a dog bed).  Cindy has not been cat or toddler tested, but gauging at how quickly she’s adjusted to everything else, I believe she’d be fine with proper introductions and oversight.  

 Anyone with patience and kindness will be rewarded with a happy, healthy, funny husky mix.  Her curiosity knows no bounds and I’d like to imagine her hiking and sniffing and leading her human family on outdoor adventures this summer.

She loves squeaky toys, a soft bed, and she loves something hard to chew on.  Cindy loves her crate and sometimes even goes in there for a midday nap.  But top of her list, Cindy loves dogs, nature and humans - in that order. 

She is being fostered with kids, cats, and dogs.

Happy Tails Adoption Center is open on Sundays from 12-5pm. We are located at 7331 Baker St NE, Fridley. Dogs are at events based on the availability of their foster family. Please fill out a pre-adoption application so we know you are interested in meeting/adopting one of our animals.

The breeds of our dogs and cats are a "best guess." We often do not know what mix they are and have to base it on what we think they look like, and base it on breeds often found in the area they came from. Most of our dogs who have gotten DNA tests done are 4-10 breeds mixed together. Because their breed mix is a guess we cannot guarantee a "full grown size" of many of our younger animals.

Happy Tails Rescue Minnesota is located at 7331 Baker St NE, Fridley MN 55432. We are open for adoption events from 12-5 every Sunday. If there is a certain animal you want to meet at one the events please fill out a preadoption application to directly contact their foster family or check our Facebook page to see if they will be there! Their event attendance is based on the availability of their foster family.

All of our cats and dogs are INDOOR pets and are NOT to be left outside unattended (even in a fenced yard), or running loose!
