Hi my name is Romeo and my name fits me with the other dogs! I am EXTREMELY people shy so it will be tough for me to find the right home, but I know you're out there somewhere, (my foster mom is in no rush to see me go.) I get along great with other dogs and tolerate cats, just scared of people. I will need an adult home only, so absolutely no children. I will need a fenced yard (not an option) in my new home, another dog who I can play with, and will be asked to sign and complete a basic obedience training class. Once I gain your trust I am your best buddy, so patience is a must with me. It will be a slow process, but worth the wait. Please remember that Happy Tails Rescue does NOT adopt out of the Twin Cities area.

The breeds of our dogs and cats are a "best guess." We often do not know what mix they are and have to base it on what we think they look like, and base it on breeds often found in the area they came from. Most of our dogs who have gotten DNA tests done are 4-10 breeds mixed together. Because their breed mix is a guess we cannot guarantee a "full grown size" of many of our younger animals.

Happy Tails Rescue Minnesota is located at 7331 Baker St NE, Fridley MN 55432. We are open for adoption events from 12-5 every Sunday. If there is a certain animal you want to meet at one the events please fill out a preadoption application to directly contact their foster family or check our Facebook page to see if they will be there! Their event attendance is based on the availability of their foster family.

All of our cats and dogs are INDOOR pets and are NOT to be left outside unattended (even in a fenced yard), or running loose!
