"My name was Josh, but since my new family adopted me from the MN Car show, they renamed me "Dodge". They were visiting there from Milwaukee. My family and I couldn't be any happier. My home in Milwaukee is fantastic. I get to play and eat and have fun ALL the time! I even have a brother AND I got to go to school (and graduated Valedictorian because I knew how to "shake"!) Thank you Happy Tails!!!!"

Juniper

My husband and I adopted our little Indiana last September and we've been in love with her ever since. Shes a black lab mix with such a happy go lucky attitude at all times, and loves meeting new people and new dogs. She approaches everyone with her tail wagging so much her whole body wags with it, and everyone she meets just simply adores her, including our 2 year old lab, Dakota. We don't know a lot about where she was before, just that she was on the euthanasia list in an Oklahoma kennel when her happy tails foster took her in. She's still just a pup about 7 months, and even in the short time she's been with us we couldn't imagine life without her.

Jorje

Dear Staff and Volunteers at Happy Tails: We wanted to give you an update on George (Jorje)! Since joining our family last Saturday (1/10/2009), we have already fallen in love with this charismatic little man. Though it is taking some time for our resident cat, Marmalade, to adjust, we are confident their budding friendship will be in full-bloom in no time. There are two things about George that make us love him a little more each day: wherever he goes, he makes a little noise that sounds like an Ewok; and he drinks out of the bathroom sink faucet while we brush our teeth. Also, whenever we are home, he just has to be touching our legs. Sometimes I find myself tripping over him as he darts in and out of my legs while I walk. He is absolutely adorable! Jabu

I just wanted to update you on how Jabu is doing in his new home. We are still thrilled with our decision to adopt and couldn’t be happier with our little man! Everyone is amazed at his manners, with people and dogs, for which we have his foster mom to thank quite a bit too! He’s all situated, and loves taking naps on the couch and stealing clothes out of the basket… there are sooo many pairs of socks that need to be played with! We absolutely love having him and can’t imagine our family any other way. We really appreciate being chosen as his forever family by Happy Tails.
