Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to get sterilization (spay/neuter) surgery for all our animals. If you adopt an animal who is not sterilized, you will be expected to have that animal sterilized at your expense, within 90 days. Once your animal is sterilized, we will refund a portion of your adoption fee. $100 for dogs/puppies and $75 for cats/kittens.

I understand that the animal I am adopting will get old. When my new pet reaches old age I will be sensitive to their needs. I agree that there is NO excuse for abandoning a senior animal.
