Hi, I'm Lola. I am not a high energy dog. Quiet around the house, aim to please but loves to run the yard with the other pups. I can have full run of the house only things I may chew and possibly destroy are my toys, doesn't touch anything that is my foster mom's. You know how it is, have to get the stuffing out of the toy.
I can be unsure of dogs that are new to me and gets in my protective mode. I have not done this with any of the foster puppies that arrived after me and I now get along with, play with and kiss the resident dog. It took about a month. If I'm isnt going to be an only dog, I needs an owner that understands dogs and can work with me around other dogs if needed.
I have been great with people I meets as long as they don't have a dog with them that may concern me. I love attention from them and lots of petting/scratching. Main thing is I need a owner that understands this; has patience and time to work with me.
Prior to adoption I will be altered, vaccinated, health checked, dewormed, and micro-chipped.

Happy Tails Adoption Center is open on Sundays from 12-5pm. We are located at 7940 University Ave NE, Fridley. Dogs are at events based on the availability of their foster family. Please fill out a pre-adoption application so we know you are interested in meeting/adopting one of our animals.

The breeds of our dogs and cats are a "best guess." We often do not know what mix they are and have to base it on what we think they look like, and base it on breeds often found in the area they came from. Most of our dogs who have gotten DNA tests done are 4-10 breeds mixed together. Because their breed mix is a guess we cannot guarantee a "full grown size" of many of our younger animals.
Happy Tails Rescue Minnesota is located at 7331 Baker St NE, Fridley MN 55432.We are open for adoption events from 12-5 every Sunday. If there is a certain animal you want to meet at one the events please fill out a preadoption application to directly contact their foster family or check our Facebook page to see if they will be there! Their event attendance is based on the availability of their foster family.
All of our cats and dogs are INDOOR pets and are NOT to be left outside unattended (even in a fenced yard), or running loose!
