Reggie
Reggie

Reggie Blue is one of the funniest dogs I have ever been around. My sister loves him too and says he is so much fun. He gets us to chase him, we call it the Reggie Express! He is also very vocal, he loves to talk and boy does he have a lot to say. Reggie is a very loyal dog. He is great at the vet, as long as I stay by him. He is a very well behaved dog, but when left alone he does like to shred paper and bags. No problem though, been thru that before with my other dog, Dusty. The vet says Dusty, who will be 13 in April, is looking and doing great. He has lost all his extra weight and is back to where he should be. We owe that all to Reggie Blue! He keeps Dusty young. I LOVE REGGIE BLUE......THANK YOU, LORI (posted 2/25/09)

Ricky
Ricky

The boys (Cody - Ralphie and Reese - Ricky) are doing great. They are very loving and have tons of energy. They have both learned their names and come when called. They love to cuddle and boy do they love to wrestle, especially when they come in from outside. They are great with the kids and will fall asleep in their laps. Very sweet! Santa even left them a gift under the tree! They are growing fast. Cody now weighs 12.5#’s and Reese weighs 11#’s. (Posted 1/5/2009)

Hi Everyone at Happy Tails, It’s been a couple years since I’ve written to you, but the recent hurricanes in Texas made me think how lucky I was to be rescued by Happy Tails after Hurricane Katrina, so I just had to write. I’m living in Chaska, MN with my pet parents, Cara and Lee, four cats and three other dogs. While I’m still very shy and protective of my mom, I’m having a good time. I have a great back yard to play in, lots of treats (pizza night is the best), and all the love I can handle. I remember when I first came to Minnesota. I was so scared. I had already been through a lot and just wanted to be a dog. When I went to my new home, I tried to hide behind anything I could find, even though I didn’t fit. I’m glad to say that those days are behind me. Like I said, I’m still shy, but I’m not afraid anymore. My newest friend is Timmy and he is a Collie mom and dad are fostering. I was a little jealous at first but after a week of living with him, Timmy’s not so bad. My other dog friends are Saylor, a Springer Spaniel who thinks she’s a princess, and Beau, an old Cocker Spaniel who’s kind of cranky. I hope everyone is finding new homes at Happy Tails. Love, Romeo

Ruger

Hello Happy Tails!! I just wanted to let you know how great Ruger is doing! He has been a great addition to the family. He recently met his doggie cousin's Tucker and Gunner and they had a great time running around in the fields. He has let me know that he is really fond of homemade dog treats so I now must have some on hand at all times!! He also enjoys riding in the car so I take him when I can. Everyone who has met him LOVES him!! Thanks again, we couldn't be happier!! Quish Turner (posted 9/24/2008)

I can't believe how lucky I am to have found her! She is just such a sweetie and really the perfect dog for me! I am sure that you are sick of hearing this from me, but thank you so much for the rescue you work you do. Its only because of you and the other great folks at Happy Tails that Ellie and I were able to find each other!! I can't imagine not having her! Kimberly
